We’re a small, owner-led carpentry company serving Medford and Southern Oregon since 2006. Led by Derek Grether, our team focuses on finish-driven projects where fit, function, and appearance all matter. Many of our built-ins are designed and fabricated in our own shop, giving us full control over quality and consistency from start to finish.
